CALGARY, ALBERTA – April 23, 2025 – Builders Capital Mortgage Corp. (TSX VENTURE: BCF) (“Builders Capital” or “the Company”) today released its annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, highlighting another year of strong performance and record revenue.

Key Highlights from 2024:

• Stable Dividend Performance: In line with its targeted distribution strategy, the Company paid dividends totaling $0.80 per Class A share in 2024, representing an annual return of 8% based on the original $10.00 issue price—for the eleventh consecutive year.

• Record Revenue: Builders Capital achieved record gross annual revenue of $5.2 million, a 10.9% increase over 2023. The growth was driven by sustained demand for construction financing and higher interest rates.

• Significant Portfolio Growth:The mortgage portfolio expanded by 32% year-over-year, reaching $44.23 million. This growth reflects strong market demand and the successful introduction of the Company’s Participating Bond offering, which helped increase available capital and enhance revenue.

• Efficient Capital Turnover: The mortgage portfolio maintained a healthy turnover rate of approximately 8.75 months, slightly outperforming the Company’s nine-month target and demonstrating effective capital deployment.
