About the Lender
Builder's Capital Mortgage Corp. is a mortgage investment corporation – a flow-through, tax-efficient investment vehicle. The Fund is RRSP, RRIF, RESP and TFSA eligible. Distributions are targeted at 8% annually and are paid quarterly. Through our Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP), eligible shareholders may automatically reinvest their cash dividends and accumulate additional shares at potentially lower prices without paying any commissions, service charges or brokerage fees.

Our mortgages are:
- For residential construction projects
- Short-term (one year or less) in nature
- For wood-frame buildings
- On projects located in Western Canadian urban markets
